CNN’s public communications department warned Project Veritas James O’Keefe that he might have broken the law by releasing secret recordings of top executives.
How we got here: On Tuesday morning, O’Keefe posted a video revealing that Project Veritas has been secretly recording CNN’s conference calls with senior leadership for two months, many of which included the network’s president Jeff Zucker. The self-described “guerrilla journalist” teased the release of the audiotapes with a video in which he called Zucker and told him he will soon make the recordings public. O’Keefe said the recordings will expose the network’s “political biases.”
The tapes: Later in the day, Project Veritas published a batch of edited clips, showing the network’s top executives criticizing President Trump, Fox News host Tucker Carlson and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC). In one conference call on Oct. 9, Zucker is purportedly heard telling his team not to “normalize” President Trump’s “erratic” behavior, and suggesting it might be the result of his coronavirus thrapy.

The Chinese Coronavirus (COVID-19) hit American shores — officially, anyway, there is significant evidence that it arrived earlier — in late January 2020. The American public was then told that a two-week shutdown of the economy would “flatten the curve,” relieving the pressure on hospital intensive care units and saving lives in the long run.
The average American, including conservatives, being people of good faith, complied, thinking that this was a common-sense measure that would save lives in the wake of a new and mysterious pandemic.
But two things quickly happened: First, the goalposts moved. No longer was it enough to “flatten the curve.” Now we were to be locked down until there was a cure.

The Department of Justice responded to media organizations who reported on Tuesday that the DOJ had concluded its investigation into allegations of voter fraud and had found no evidence, saying that claim was incorrect.
“Some media outlets have incorrectly reported that the Department has concluded its investigation of election fraud and announced an affirmative finding of no fraud in the election,” a DOJ spokesperson said in a statement. “That is not what the Associated Press reported nor what the Attorney General stated. The Department will continue to receive and vigorously pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as expeditiously as possible.”

If Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff win Georgia’s Jan. 5 Senate runoffs, Democrats will control both houses of Congress as well as the presidency. The Republican Party, which won nearly half the national vote, will have no check on the Democrats, aside from the Senate’s filibuster rule. Although that rule requires a supermajority to pass some legislation and appointments, it can be abolished by a simple majority when the new Senate convenes.
Preventing one-party rule is one of the strongest arguments advanced by Republican incumbent Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue. They are reminding voters of the threat posed by Senate Democratic leader Chuck Schumer, who proudly announced: “Now we take Georgia, then we change the world.” That might be a winning line for national fundraising, but it’s more problematic for the Georgia electorate. Not many voters there want to “change the world,” so Warnock and Ossoff are downplaying it. Don’t expect to seek to see Schumer on the stump in Atlanta, Augusta, or Macon.

Trump’s loyal devotees on the Senate Banking Committee continued to promote the narrative that job growth is stellar. It isn’t job “growth,” it’s simply some people being called back to the same jobs after their employers reopened after a shutdown because of the pandemic. The Trump administration’s own Department of Labor reported on November 25 that the total number of people claiming unemployment benefits in all unemployment benefit programs for the week ending November 7 was 20,452,223. The 20.4 million figure is 13.7 times where that number stood for the same week in 2019 before the pandemic struck.

Included in his plans to fight the coronavirus, presumptive president-elect Joe Biden has pledged to appoint “a fully empowered supply commander in charge of filling in the gaps” in the production and supply of “essential” items needed to fight the virus.
On his website, Biden elaborates on his plan, declaring that his “supply commander” would “take command of the national supply chain for essential equipment, medications, and protective gear.”
This very Soviet-sounding position is necessary, Biden insists, because “We can no longer leave this to the private sector.”

Democratic Michigan Rep. Rashida Tlaib retweeted, then later apparently deleted a tweet that contained an anti-Semitic slogan calling for the end of the State of Israel.
Sunday’s WayBack Machine recollection of Tlaib’s profile showed a retweet of an illustration of two presumably Palestinian women in front of an area landscape with the words, “International day of solidarity with the Palestinian people.”
“From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” read the caption from user @RashaMK. One of the women illustrated is holding up a fist while the other holds up a peace sign.

If there’s one thing to love about CNNLOL, it is stuff like this. They are such babies. Such spoiled, entitled, thin-skinned, little man-babies. Yes, CNNLOL is corrupt and embraces and encourages political violence and all that, but you can’t help but laugh when they freak out like little babies over stuff like this — especially when the tantrum and the tattling to law enforcement is because someone did to CNNLOL what CNNLOL has repeatedly done to others.

When most people put on their “reality” hats about politics, there are few among them who do not cynically see the power-lusting, the corruption, and the hypocrisy in most of what is said and done by those running for or sitting in political office. A constant point of dispute and disagreement is over how and why it is that governments have this seemingly inescapable tendency. The all too frequent answer in modern democratic societies is the claimed nefarious influences of businessmen to use government at the expense of most others everywhere around the world.
The latter is a near permanent theme in literature, movies, and the mass media. Widely used political and ideological rhetoric is portrayed as a false cover for what is really an often-successful attempt to dupe most people into thinking that what is “good for business is good for America.” Far too many politicians are the partners and accomplices to these private sector abusers of the public trust, it is said, since government is supposed to assure fairness and “social justice” for the many rather than privileges and favors for the capitalist few.

Nancy Pelosi wants a stimulus bill that is over $3 trillion. Mitch McConnell wants to pass something in the order of $500 billion. These leaders are clearly worlds apart. Nancy even rejected bills that were $1.5 trillion, saying that they were “nice but not nearly enough.” On the other hand, conservative Republicans are saying that the free market ought to be taking the lead while the government has done enough and that the debt is already gigantic.
The problem is that neither party wants to concede, giving even an inch to the other side since they’ll appear weak in front of their voters. Both parties desperately want to win the Senate race in Georgia. It’s going to get very political, with hundreds of millions raised for the cause, and January 5th is the vote – even Trump and Biden might campaign. The problem is that January 1st comes before that and if nothing is done, millions of people, many of which are parents with children, face evictions since they’re not capable of paying rent, while millions of others will cease receiving enhanced unemployment benefits.

This has NOTHING to do with electing Biden or heels up Harris. They’re simply puppets for the New World Order folks, the UN folks, the “Great Reset” folks. This is all about getting Trump out of their sandbox. Trump’s most prescient statement was when he uttered “They’re not after me, they’re after you, I’m just in the way.” And that’s exactly right.
