Rudy Giuliani Distances Self, Trump Legal Team from Sidney Powell as She Keeps Appearing at Whitehouse

by Ryan Saavedra
Daily Wire

Rudy Giuliani, the personal attorney to President Donald Trump, again sought to distance himself, the president, and the president’s legal team from attorney Sidney Powell after Powell had repeatedly appeared at the White House in recent days.

“Let me say definitely, Sidney Powell was not part of our legal team,” Giuliani said. “She hasn’t been for five weeks. She is not a special counsel for the president; she does not speak for the president, nor does she speak for the administration. She speaks for herself.”

We Asked Kayleigh McEnany Point Blank: How Exactly Does Trump Stay in Office?

by Mary Margaret Olohan
DailyCaller.com

White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany discussed President Donald Trump’s litigation and desire for “election integrity” when she sat down for an exclusive interview with the Daily Caller News Foundation’s Mary Margaret Olohan.

Olohan reminded McEnany of when the press secretary said that Trump “has taken all statutory requirements necessary to either ensure a smooth transition or a continuation of power.”

“What does this mean,” Olohan asked, “and at this point, how would that work?”

“That’s a question for the campaign,” McEnany responded, noting that she could not “get into” election litigation. “I would just say he has litigation across the country in several places, and he’ll continue that litigation. He wants election integrity, and a fair election, and I’ll leave it to the campaign to pursue that litigation, but that’s what I was referencing.”

New Covid-19 Relief Bill Also Creates Two New Museums and a Library, References Dalai Lama Controversy

“No responsible legislator should vote for such a thing,” said Justin Amash (L–Mich.).

by Robby Soave
Reason.com

Congress reached a deal on Sunday to pass $2.5 trillion worth of COVID-19 relief for families and businesses. But until Monday afternoon, no one knew for sure what was actually in the bill.

Well, the 5,593 page behemoth has finally been released to the public, as well as to the curious legislators who are supposed to vote on it. Just printing this monstrosity was a nearly fatal task: The file containing it was so unwieldy that it kept crashing Congress’s computers.

The main thrust of the bill is to provide $600 per person to people below a certain income threshold and to expand the Paycheck Protection Program for various businesses. But that’s not all—not by a long shot.

For instance, the bill also instructs the Smithsonian Institution to create two new identity-based museums: one for women, and one for Latinos.

Monster Bill Passes House! 6,000-Page Stimulus; Few Dared to Read

by Joel B. Pollak
Breitbart.com

The U.S. House of Representatives passed a massive $900 billion coronavirus relief and stimulus bill on Monday evening, mere hours after the nearly 6,000-page legislation was released.

It was unlikely any members read the entire legislation.

The bill, which included $1.4 trillion in stopgap spending to prevent a government shutdown, was ostensibly the result of bipartisan negotiations that reached an agreement less than 24 hours before. It includes $600 stimulus checks for American households and a temporary expansion of federal unemployment benefits by $300, half the amounts paid earlier this year.

But the legislation also includes many hidden provisions completely unrelated to coronavirus, many of which appear to be the work of individual legislators, acting at the behest of specific lobbyists and interest groups who seized the opportunity.

Personal Liberty Sacrificed at the Altar of Covid Public Safety

by Adam Creighton
The American Institute for Economic Research

An uptick in deaths from or with COVID-19 in the Scandinavian nation late last month, in common with the rest of Europe, has prompted a deluge of condemnation: Sweden’s strategy to control the coronavirus has “failed”.

Yet Sweden does not stand out in terms of coronavirus deaths.

The prevailing image of disaster and catastrophe — journalist Garry Linnell says Sweden has been “ravaged” — is sensationalist rubbish, reflecting poor numeracy, poor vocabulary or perhaps a desire to promote what I call health fascism.

Globally, Sweden is 22nd in terms of COVID-19 deaths per million; in Europe it is 12th (excluding microstates).

Sweden’s second wave, so far, appears to be much smaller than the first. Total mortality for this year, for the 11 months up to December 1, is lower than 2015, when there was no hysteria, and is only a little higher than in succeeding years.

Chicago-Area Hospital Will Resume Covid Vaccinations, Even After Workers Had Adverse Reactions

by Mac Slavo
SHTF Plan

The vaccination program at Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, Illinois, said it would restart vaccinations for other employees after four workers experienced adverse relations to the vaccine.

“Our site vaccination teams remain prepared to respond quickly and appropriately should anyone experience any kind of reaction,” the hospital statement, according to FOX 32. “Out of an abundance of caution, we have increased our post-vaccine evaluation period to 30 minutes for all individuals across all our sites, which exceeds CDC/ACIP recommendations.”

The medical center noted that the four affected employees represent “only a small fraction” of the organization’s 3,000 employees who have been vaccinated since the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccine became available earlier this week. But that’s a larger share than those being hospitalized for the disease they are allegedly vaccinating everyone for.

Requiem for Donald Trump

by Dr. Paul Craig Roberts
PaulCraigRoberts.org

Attorney General Bill Barr, another of Trump’s mistakes, has sold out not only President Trump but also American democracy, thus proving that it is pointless to vote for Republicans.

Barr has again repeated in the face of conclusive evidence that the November presidential election was organized to be stolen and successfully was stolen that the Trump Justice Department has not found evidence of fraud sufficient to overturn the election. But as we all know, the Department of Justice, like the courts, did not look at the evidence. If they look at the evidence, they will see massive electoral fraud, and they do not want to see it. They want to be rid of Trump.

Barr has now added to his support of massive electoral fraud his statement that there is no basis for seizing the voting machines and software for examination.

Globalist Giveaway: Covid Stimulus Package Sends Billions to Gates Foundation, Numerous Foreign Countries

Bill Gates’ GAVI Alliance vaccine group alone set to get billions of taxpayers’ stimulus

by Jamie White
Info Wars

The long-awaited emergency COVID-19 stimulus package finally agreed to by Republican and Democrat leaders will give billions of dollars of handouts to globalist entities and foreign countries.

Though the $900 billion economic relief bill provides billions to schools and rental assistance programs, as well as a one-time direct payment of $600 to Americans, billions more are loaded pork, allocated to globalist organizations and foreign countries that have no role in defending America’s national security.

For example, $4 BILLION is slated for the GAVI alliance (a global vaccine alliance), co-founded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The War in the Silver Market is Heating Up as Price of Silver Sees Major Upside Breakout

from King World News

The war in the silver market is heating up as the price of silver sees a major upside breakout.

Two Key Takeaways

December 21 (King World News) – James Turk: There are two key takeaways from today’s trading in the precious metals, Eric.

First, there is a clear message from the big jump in volatility. Silver had a 9% trading range between its high and low price today, which is very unusual but also good news. Volatility like this normally accompanies bull markets, which is an observation also being confirmed by the second takeaway.

Silver finally broke above $26 and out of a sideways trading range.

Covid Vaccines – A Deeper Dive Into the Data

by Brian C. Joondeph, M.D.
American Thinker

Operation Warp Speed was well named. The typically tortoise-paced government and pharmaceutical bureaucracies moved with hare-like speed bringing several vaccines to market and available to millions. Hopefully this will soon return America to normal, although don’t hold your breath on that.

The all-knowing Dr Fauci tells us that masks and social distancing will be with us for at least another year, despite his earlier assertions that distancing and masks were unnecessary in the early days of the pandemic. So why the hoopla over a vaccine?

Vaccines are not the destination, but merely a pathway to the final goal of herd immunity. As per the Mayo Clinic,

All I Want for Christmas is Some Sanity

by Robert E. Wright
The American Institute for Economic Research

If I possessed an ounce of musical ability, I would parody the old Christmas song “All I Want for Christmas (Is My Two Front Teeth)” with the lyrics “all I want for Christmas are my two frontal lobes.” Since March of this year, most Americans (and people worldwide) more closely resemble Randle McMurphy (Jack Nicholson’s character) at the end of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest than independent beings.

While Deborah Birx most closely physically resembles the human antagonist of that film, the infamous Nurse Ratched, the role in 2020 has to go to Tony “Why Didn’t This Guy Retire a Decade Ago?” Fauci. But it is probably best that we abandon the cuckoo analogy because — spoiler alert in case you haven’t yet seen this 1975 classic — at the end of the film Chief Bromden (played brilliantly by Will Sampson) liberates the recently lobotomized McMurphy by smothering him with a pillow, then liberates himself by destroying infrastructure and running into the wilderness at sunrise, thus proving himself the sanest person in the entire ensemble, hospital administrators and staff included.

Let’s Face It: Your Government Hates and Despises You

by Karl Denninger
Market-Ticker.org

Seriously, they do.

Last night Governor Lee took to the lectern to, well… lecture.

Covid-19 is raging, he says. True.

But notice what’s not “raging” — the flu. In fact, Covid-19 has apparently vanquished the flu, consuming it. Indeed, since September only 666 cases of the flu have been recorded anywhere in the United States and just slightly more than one instance per state last week.

If you believe that’s anything close to reality you need a lobotomy.

There are only two reasonable hypothesis on that: Covid-19 wasn’t really -19 at all; in 2018, I remind you, hospitals were full to the top with flu patients yet we were not locking down and wagging our fingers, nor was anyone wearing a mask. Wait — they were treating people in tents in 2018? Why yes, yes they were – in January of 2018..

Scientists, MPs Ask “Where is Evidence of 70% More Contagious Mutant Covid?”

from Zero Hedge

Given the “plunge” in stocks (Nasdaq is down less than 1%) and headlines blaring of COVID “mutations”, @KizzyPhd decided to ‘clarify’ some science before all hell breaks loose (which judging by the London exodus, it already did) for no good reason. She begins…

Live view of our neutralization assay team scrambling to make yet another virus variant every time the media publishes about a new single amino acid change without context. ?? pic.twitter.com/wtOHaNHZz6

— KizzyPhD (@KizzyPhD) December 21, 2020

@KizzyPhD offers some context:

You are going to read and hear about a million and one variant viruses, because viruses mutate by nature. It’s scary, I know. But, a couple of amino acids is not the same a whole whole new virus strain in the way that we’ve been taught to think about flu.

Research Arm of Congress Confirms that Mnuchin Never Released Bulk of CARES Act Money Earmarked for Fed’s Emergency Loans

by Pam Martens and Russ Martens
Wall Street on Parade

On November 27, Wall Street On Parade reported that U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin had failed to turn over to the Federal Reserve 75 percent of the $454 billion that Congress had earmarked in the CARES Act for the Fed’s emergency lending programs. We wrote at the time:

“…for months now, the Federal Reserve’s weekly financial statements known as the H.4.1 have indicated that all the Fed received from Treasury for its emergency lending facilities was $114 billion, leaving $340 billion unaccounted for.”

We also took the time to send an email to the Federal Reserve’s press office to confirm that the Fed had received only the $114 billion from the Treasury for its emergency lending programs. They directed us to Fed public documents confirming this.

Holy-Cow Spikes in China-U.S. Container Freight Rates & U.S. Consumer Spending on Goods Trigger Mad, Possibly Illegal Scramble for Empties. US Farmers Twist in the Wind

by Wolf Richter
Wolf Street

US Federal Maritime Commission investigates container carriers’ “abandonment” of American agricultural industry. Weirdest Economy Ever.

The freight rates from Asia to the US West Coast and East Coast, and to Europe, have exploded since the stimulus economy kicked in, where consumers shifted spending from services – such as airline tickets, haircuts, and even rents under the eviction bans – to goods, powered by money from the stimulus and from refinancing their mortgages at lower rates.

The average spot rate that container carriers charge for shipping containers from Shanghai to the US East Coast shot to a new record of $4,874 per 20-foot-equivalent unit, or TEU, a standard measuring unit in the shipping industry.
