On June 22, I have a hearing in federal court before Judge Aileen M. Cannon. The case is Lutz v. Town of Palm Beach, et al., No. 26-cv-80210, in the Southern District of Florida. Among the defendants is the City of Riviera Beach, whose automated, app-based paid-parking operation is one of the practices the lawsuit puts squarely in front of the court.
