As we just brought up last week, colleges in America (and, from the looks of it, the UK, too) suffer from a severe shortage of… well… learning.
(Makes one wonder what they’re paying for, then.)
And it all comes down to… strangely enough… a lack of diversity of thought and disagreement.
This is odd because disagreement — even amongst friends — is a beautiful thing. My nightmares consist of conformity, not of diverse opinions.
