Funny how nobody wants to have this discussion….. a discussion that should have led to immediate arrests and trials, followed by just punishments — and which must now happen for all so-involved unless the governments at the County, State and Federal levels are all prepared to declare that there is no further obligation to the law, national or international, and thus it is truly “open season” in all respects.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.
Those who argue for “vaccine passports” and other forms of coercion, including the outright lie that no injury or death has been linked to the Covid-19 vaccines, are violating this code.
Note that the duty and responsibility called forth in the Nuremberg Code is personal and rests with each physician and government official; it cannot be delegated nor can responsibility be laid off on others.
