Judge Temporarily Blocks Cuomo’s Indoor Dining Ban in Ongoing Lawsuit

Recently the New York State Supreme Court granted a preliminary injunction against Governor Cuomo’s “Orange Zone” restrictions which allowed many restaurants to temporarily resume indoor dining.
