Good Day… And a Wonderful Wednesday to you! Whew! What a day on the down and outs for me yesterday! I haven’t eaten much, especially no real meal, since Sunday… A great way to drop some pounds, but not a great way to maintain strength… But no biggie, trust me, I have plenty of unneeded pounds that could be dropped, and would be like removing a bucket of sand from a beach! No one would notice! HA! Rod Stewart greets me this morning with his song: Every Picture Tells A Story.. Loved the early Rod Stewart stuff, but once the Hot Legs stuff came out, I was disappointed, and well, lost track of him… That is until the 90’s, when he made a comeback, and my wife just loved him, seeing him in concert a couple of times..
