Ted Cruz is actually a citizen of the Klingon Empire!
What proof has been offered for that contention? Exactly the same documentation that Mr. Cruz has offered to prove that he is an American citizen.
According to the two attorneys who argued the New Jersey case against Ted Cruz last week, the judge who heard the case said that he didn’t even bother to read any of the evidence presented before making his ruling that Cruz was qualified to be on the June 7 New Jersey Republican Primary ballot!
This shocking allegation has been confirmed by both law professor Victor Williams and New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo who represented three other New Jersey residents in the case. Prof. Williams said that Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin admitted at the beginning of the hearing:
“I have all these briefs from the parties, and I’ve had them for four or five days, because they were due on Friday. I haven’t looked at any of them; I haven’t read any of them.”
“He made a big point of that,” Williams said. “So how could he have cranked out an opinion? Even to read the parties’ briefs would have taken a day.”
Williams reported that “there were no audio transcripts” of Monday’s hearing.
Williams is now calling the hearing “rigged,” and believes that the judge’s opinion allowing Cruz on the ballot was “predetermined, perhaps even pre-written.”

Apuzzo argued that Cruz has released virtually no documentation proving his citizenship, despite many requests.
“The Post & Email” a law-oriented online newspaper agreed, saying:
“[We have] submitted formal requests to the Cruz Senate office and campaign which have been ignored, and FOIA requests to the U.S. government for documentation have been routinely denied for “privacy” reasons.”
The newspaper also confirmed from a New Jersey official that Judge Masin had been pulled out of retirement to preside over the case heard exactly one week ago.
Professor Williams has subsequently said that Judge Masin is “ethically challenged,” and has sent Governor Chris Christie a letter asking him to intervene and over-rule his Lt. Governor who endorsed the judge’s decision.
In a press release from the Williams’s campaign on Friday, PRNewswire reported:
“Washington D.C. Law Professor Victor Williams has filed an Emergency Petition with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie demanding that the Canadian-born Ted Cruz be disqualified from the ballot.”
“Ted Cruz was born in Calgary, Canada and held his resulting Canadian citizenship until May 2014. Scholars across the nation agree that Edward Rafael Cruz is not a “natural born [American] Citizen” as required by Article II of the U.S. Constitution.”
“Victor Williams charges that Ted Cruz falsely certified his constitutional eligibility for office to gain ballot access in states across the nation.
“Williams demands that Cruz be disqualified from New Jersey’s June 7 ballot and from several other late-primary ballots. (California, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, Oregon, South Dakota, and Washington).”
Governor Christie is now considering Professor Williams’ Emergency Petition, though no date has been announced for his opinion.
So here’s what we know for sure.
#1. It really doesn’t matter what citizenship Cruz’s mother held at the time of his birth because by Cruz’s own admission, he was born a birth-right Canadian citizen and did not recant that citizenship until May 2014.
#2. According to “The History of Canadian Citizenship”, at the time of Ted Cruz’s birth, Canada did not recognize dual citizenship. It is impossible for him to have been a U.S. citizen at the same time. If you were born a Canadian citizen – as Ted Cruz admits he was – he could not have been a U.S. citizen as well.
#3. Ted Cruz has sealed all of his citizenship records and will not respond to any questions about it, other than saying: “It’s settled law.”
#4. Ted Cruz is not even close to being qualified to run for the office of President or Vice-President of the United States of America.
And #5. Therefore, eventually, Professor Williams will find an honest judge.
I’m still reporting from Washington. Good day.
