Stealing data is a huge business, it’s one of the fastest growing industries in the world. It’s a worldwide epidemic. It’s must be handled by Western Governments as part of a larger group, perhaps by the OECD. The stakes are huge and the world economy could be riding on it. Nations that harbor or encourage these criminals must be dealt with harshly. In addition, larger investments must be made to secure, individual computers, business networks and government systems.
