Where are the black fathers, why have they abandoned their families and left their children to fail and lead a life of failure. Before the Great Society started the number out of Wedlock Black Births was less than 15 percent. Today it is many times over that number. Obviously the so-called War On Poverty has accomplished the opposite of its stated purpose.
