The full Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. announced Thursday it has agreed to hold a re-hearing next month of the Departement of Justice’s (DOJ) efforts to drop the criminal case against former national security adviser Michael Flynn.
The case
The DOJ made the request to drop Flynn’s case on recommendation from U.S. Attorney Jeff Jensen, whom Attorney General William Barr assigned to review the case in February.
