Having ‘tweaked’ their polling in July (to remove the slient majority), helping to push Hillary Clinton to a reportedly insurmountable lead Reuters/Ipsos latest poll shows Donald Trump has now taken the lead nationally, after having been 12 points behind on August 22nd.
