Texas Lt. Governor Dan Patrick slammed American Airlines on Thursday evening after the airline called out the state’s new security measures to protect elections, claiming that a representative from the company called him and told him that the head of the company didn’t even read the bill.
“Earlier this morning, the Texas State Senate passed legislation with provisions that limit voting access,” American Airlines said in a statement that echoed remarks made by leftists who have attacked recent measures to secure elections across the country. “To make American’s stance clear: We are strongly opposed to this bill and others like it.”

Senator Rand Paul shared video Wednesday of CDC Director Rochelle Walensky announcing that new data suggests vaccinated and recovered people do not carry Covid-19.
Paul directed his comments at White House chief medical advisor Anthony Fauci, writing “paging Dr Fauci: please end the mask theater now that cdc admits evidence that the vaccinated do not carry the virus.”
[…] In a further post, Paul also shared a study examining T cell responses in people who have recovered from Covid-19.
“T cell immunity after natural infection shown to include variants,” Paul, who is also a physician, noted.
He again addressed Fauci, asking “Do we still need to wear multiple masks after we’ve recovered or been vaccinated?”

I first suggested the risk of another lockdown in April back on March 4, despite mainstream optimism citing “herd immunity by April”:

Merriam-Webster Says Word ‘Color-Blind’ Can Indicate Racism

Merriam-Webster has added an explanation for the word “color-blind” to warn people that it can be perceived as racist.
The story: The dictionary currently lists three definitions for the word “color-blind,” including “affected with partial or total inability to distinguish one or more chromatic colors,” “not influenced by differences of race … especially : treating all people the same regardless of race” and “INSENSITIVE, OBLIVIOUS.”
But, two months ago, according to Just The News, Merriam-Webster attached an explanatory note to the second definition that pertains to race. The note explains that while some people would believe that being “color-blind” means they’re not racist, others might find it offensive, dismissive, and in fact, racist.
“NOTE: While sense 2 can be used with positive connotations of freedom from racial prejudice, it often suggests a failure or refusal to acknowledge or address the many racial inequities that exist in society, or to acknowledge important aspects of racial identity,” the note reads.

Could this be the spark that causes World War 3 to erupt? At this hour, Russian and Ukrainian military forces continue to rush toward the conflict zone, and to say that things are “tense” in the region would be a tremendous understatement. As I discussed yesterday, when Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky signed Decree No. 117/2021 on March 24th, it was essentially a declaration of war against Russia. Since that time, Russian forces have been massing along the borders in numbers that we have never seen before. Video after video of Russian tanks, military vehicles and troops being moved toward the conflict zone have been posted on social media, and the Ukrainians have responded by making similar moves. But if the Russians launch a full-blown invasion, the Ukrainians will be totally outmatched, and they will ask the United States and NATO to intervene.
Since March 24th, there have been hundreds of ceasefire violations, but the ceasefire cannot be violated any longer because it officially expired on April 1st.

I am far from a biblical scholar but this sounds alarmingly like the mark of the beast. Since we all know we are living under the beast system now, it stands to reason that this will be coming everywhere.

Minneapolis paid a $27 million settlement with George Floyd’s brother in the middle of jury selection for Chauvin’s trial. In other words, in effect the city officials admitted Chauvin’s guilt prior to the jury’s determination. One would have expected Minneapolis to hold on to $27 million of taxpayers’ money until the jury rendered a verdict both for the sake of a fair trial and for the city’s budget.

The chairman of data firm PANDA claims that China has asked the World Health Organization to appoint Beijing to oversee a global vaccine passport system, an ominous prospect given how China’s social credit score system operates.
During an interview at the inaugural BizNews Investment Conference, Nick Hudson explained why this was such a chilling development, saying he was worried about the fabric of society and the future of his children.
“China is petitioning the World Health Organization to appoint it to run a global immune passport program – now if that doesn’t scare the living daylights out of you I do not know what will,” said Hudson.

To each and every one of those people I say what I’ve said since this started: If you’re that scared of a respiratory virus stay home. If anyone who you live with isn’t as scared as you are, throw them out. When you starve as a consequence either from lack of food or freeze to death in winter from lack of money to pay the power or gas bill you will have died as a direct consequence of your own stupidity and the world will be a better place.

Buried inside more than $2 trillion in proposed spending on everything from highways to child care, President Joe Biden’s “American Jobs Plan” would also force non-union workers to pay union dues even in states that have explicitly said that’s not mandatory.
Biden glossed over that detail in Wednesday’s speech outlining the particulars of his “American Jobs Plan.” He made just a single reference to the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act, which passed the House earlier this month, calling it a bill that would “help workers organize.”
In reality, the PRO Act strengthens unions by telling workers to pay up. Among other things, the bill would amend parts of the National Labor Relations Act to allow the federal government to stomp out the so-called “right-to-work” laws that forbid unions from forcing non-members to pay a share of union dues. If passed, the PRO Act would roll back the rights of individual workers, who would no longer get to choose whether they want to financially support a union.

In the case of H.R. 1 — the 2021 Omnibus Federal Electoral Fraud Enhancement Act — the revelations are pretty scary. They’re intended to drive from politics people Democrats don’t like and to consolidate in Congressional hands information that violates the Separation of Powers doctrine or the Bill of Rights.
Others have spoken forcefully about the bill’s proposed unjust and ruinous changes to the Federal Election Commission, campaign finance reforms, and general election processes. Today, let’s see what the last 100 or so pages of this nearly 900-page bill bring us. This is where all the “other purposes” are hiding and they’re as bad as the rest of the bill.

When American colonists were oppressed by governance from Britain, the word most frequently uttered in pamphlets and editorials and sermons was not “safety” or “taxes”; it was “freedom.” Yet, two intolerable acts of Parliament so assaulted personal freedom that they broke the bonds with the mother country irreparably.
[…] The first was the Stamp Act of 1765, which required colonists to have government stamps on all documents in every household. It was enforced by British soldiers who used general warrants, issued by a secret court in London, to rummage through colonists’ possessions, ostensibly looking for stamps.
These general warrants, like the ones the secret Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court issues in Washington, D.C., today, did not specifically describe the place to be searched or the person or thing to be seized. Rather, they granted authority for the bearer to search wherever he wished and seize whatever he found — as FISA warrants do currently, in direct contravention of the Constitution.
