The Reset is Here

While politicians posture about China, TikTok, and offshore influence, the real time bomb is ticking in plain sight: America’s own balance sheet.

We’ve now passed $35.7 trillion in federal debt as of May 21, 2025. Add in off-balance-sheet obligations like unfunded pensions, entitlements, and Medicare liabilities, and the true figure is closer to $100 trillion. That’s not a policy problem—it’s a mathematical impossibility.

No empire has survived a sovereign debt crisis. Not Rome. Not Spain. Not Britain. They don’t collapse from invasion—they collapse when they can no longer pretend to pay their bills.

But here’s the kicker: most Americans still believe this is a future problem. Something for “the next generation.” It’s not. It’s here. It’s why the Fed is cornered. It’s why real wages are flat while asset bubbles inflate. It’s why trust is eroding—not just in government, but in money itself.

This isn’t fearmongering. It’s math. And if you don’t understand the why behind it, you won’t survive the what’s next.

I’ve spent years covering these trends—and recently, I co-authored a book with legendary economic forecaster Martin Armstrong. If you’ve ever wondered how all of this ties together—cycles, debt, collapse, and war—it’s in there. Not speculation. History, pattern, and reality.

The reset isn’t coming. It’s here. The only question is: are you still pretending?
