[…] Stocks were giving it up today, led lower by the big cap tech stocks.
Gold and silver finished a bit higher from the Friday close, although they had opened this morning even higher. Silver did take back and hold the 25 handle.
I remain somewhat optimistic about silver, moreso gold.
But let’s see how this plays.
The miners were hit again. I suspect we are seeing a ‘technical trade’ for the benefit of those specs holding leveraged and options positions.
It’s funny, but when the metals are in turmoil, the site receives a number of infrequent or largely absent visitors coming back to see what is going on.
