Kyle Rittenhouse’s attorney is threatening Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden with a defamation lawsuit over a campaign ad Biden posted on his Twitter account Wednesday that portrays Rittenhouse as a white supremacist.
The video features remarks President Trump made about white supremacy during the debate Tuesday night, as images are shown of the 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.
[…] Next, the video shows debate moderator Chris Wallace speaking about white supremacist violence and, as Wallace mentions Kenosha, an image is shown of the 17-year-old Rittenhouse, who is accused of killing two protesters and injuring a third in Kenosha last month.
“There’s no other way to put it: the President of the United States refused to disavow white supremacists on the debate stage last night,” reads the description of the video.
