An Oregon man arrested after he started a fire using a Molotov cocktail was released from prison only to be arrested again for starting six more fires.
The first incident: Domingo Lopez Jr. was first arrested on Sunday evening after he started a small fire near a freeway in Portland, the Portland Police Bureau (PPB) said in a statement.
The fire was quickly put out and no injuries were reported.
Police arrested Lopez Jr. at about 6.45 pm. and charged him with reckless burning and disorderly conduct in the second-degree but released him the same night, the New York Post reported.
