Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) delivered a brief speech at the Republican National Convention on Thursday night where he outlined the importance of the upcoming elections.
“It’s an honor to come before you tonight from the Commonwealth of Kentucky,” McConnell began. “As the only leader in Washington, not from either New York or California, I consider it my responsibility to look out for middle America. This election is incredibly consequential for middle America.”
