Gold still has an important role to play in an investment portfolio even as investor expectations for a quick recovery picks up after the global economy was devastated by the COVID-19 pandemic, according to one investment firm.
In an interview with Kitco News, Steven Dunn, head of exchange traded products at Aberdeen Standard Investments said that the only bad allocation to gold is no allocation, even as investor sentiment improves, driving equity markets back to record valuation.
