Pelosi and House Democrats are even talking about a universal basic income (UBI) proposal similar to the one former Democratic US Presidential candidate Andrew Yang proposed.
But why is Congress, the Fed, US Treasury and President Trump willing to even talk about hundreds of billions or trillion dollar bailout and stimulus programs? How can they get away with according to Jim Bianco of Bianco Research $8 trillion already?
The answer is the Dollar Index. The Dollar is not weak relative to other fiat currencies. At least not yet.
