Governor after governor is setting up the expectation that after re-opening our states, we will not be allowed to return to life as we knew it, but will be facing what they are branding as “The New Normal.” We’re being warned to prepare ourselves that this “New Normal” life will include universal vaccination, mandatory testing, constant tracking and proactive tracing, limitations on public groups and assembly, restrictions on ability to work or travel requiring compliance with proof of vaccine, and so on.
