Rubio shares why a federal one size fits all approach is not a good way for states to solve this crisis. Marco sees federalism as a huge benefit in this situation because each state can make actions that are appropriate for its citizens. He also thinks that we need to balance public health and public safety with our economic needs as well. Marco also discusses the SBA (Small Business Association) and their plan to help small businesses keep their employees on the payroll through government backed loans. Marco also discusses China and how we need to rethink our dependence on them for low cost manufactured goods.
