John Rubino returns… It’s no secret that the precious metals markets have been in the dumps for the past 4 – 5 years. It was nearly impossible to raise capital and they were shunned by investors and lenders alike. Now things are looking up. The vibe at the Vancouver Resource Investor Conference was decidedly upbeat and positive. When will gold and silver move higher is the question. Probably sooner rather than later.
