California Law to Criminalize Hidden Video of Healthcare Providers

So if a journalist wants to do a story on how crappy a healthcare provider is, they’ll face a $2500 fine if they get caught using hidden video. And if they do it again, they could go to prison for up to a year. They will also be potentially subjected to civil lawsuits.
