Let me note, before you do, that David gets one (and only one) part of it wrong — he misses the impact that fixing the medical monopolies will have.
That puzzles me, because David is above everything else a math guy. Maybe he’s worried about some of the pharma dudes putting a hit on him, or perhaps he has a few too many friends who are hospital administrators.
But this is the centerpiece of what Trump can actually do without Congressional consent.
He can do it because he needs no new law nor does he have to usurp authority he doesn’t have in the Constitution.
