People are downsizing, they want smaller homes, a simpler life and to effectively construct their own bailout. The hangover from the boom years is ending and now people need to find new goals. They are pursuing a simpler life that will perhaps be more fulfilling. It’s all about quality of life, which money often cannot buy.
