Hunter Biden Defends Work in Ukraine, Says He Would Not Do it Again

President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, is defending his questionable work for a controversial Ukrainian natural gas company while his father was vice president in a new book of memoirs set to be released Tuesday.

Hunter claims he did nothing “unethical” during his time as a board director for the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings, but reportedly suggested he would not take the position again if it was offered.

“I did nothing unethical, and have never been charged with wrongdoing,” Hunter Biden wrote in his new book of memoirs, “Beautiful Things”. “In our current political environment, I don’t believe it would make any difference if I took that seat or not. I’d be attacked anyway.”

“What I do believe, in this current climate, is that it wouldn’t matter what I did or didn’t do,” he continued. “The attacks weren’t intended for me. They were meant to wound my dad.”
