Who got it passed? Who agitated for it? Who demanded it? Who vetoed bills until it happened?
You want a reason for 70 million people to show up in DC and demand this bill be passed now “or else”? If you believe freedom to communicate digitally is as important as clean water or electricity then you damn well should have done exactly that — but you didn’t.
