Joe Biden snapped at a report from CBS News on Friday after being asked for a response on the bombshell report by the New York Post this week that alleges his son, Hunter, engaged in dubious activities in Ukraine.
Brass tacks: Among the most explosive revelations by the Post are emails Hunter received from a top executive at the Ukrainian energy company Burisma, where Hunter worked as a board director during his father’s tenure as vice president.
One email suggests Hunter arranged a meeting between the Burisma executive and his father, while in another, earlier email the executive asks Hunter for “advice on how you could use your influence” to help the company.
Less than a year after the emails were sent, Biden infamously pressured Ukraine to fire one of its top prosecutors who was investigating corruption at Burisma.
