The governors are still playing “Hold My Beer.”
First, they knowingly caused thousands to die in nursing homes. We knew very early on, in February, that these places were insanely efficient vectors and places where death from Covid-19 would occur. Yet we have ten states where more than half of all state deaths have occurred in these “care homes”, and in many of them governors actually mandated that these homes take patients who were Covid+.
That was an intentional act and meets, handily, the definition of manslaughter.
Where is the State Prosecutor bringing said charge against mayors and governors and where are the state PIGS (you stop being a police officer when you let officials kill people, *******s!) who have apparently lost both their nerve and the will and desire to protect the most-vulnerable in their states?
