Government’s have a general capacity, under their ordinary mandate to protect public health, to issue quarantine orders.
The problem is that many of these orders are now being issued not for someone to remain at home but rather to accept confinement at the person’s own expense in a hospital or other medical facility.
I have a one-word reply for that: NO.
The second response I’m sure you can figure out.
