The Dakota Access Pipeline in threatening the water supply of millions of people who rely on the Missouri River. Conservation biologist Dr. Reese Halter joins “News with Ed” and says that the bigger threat is the oil that will be burned once it finishes going through the pipeline and that we should “remove all fossil fuel subsidies now” to prevent a rise in the sea level.
