The Cleveland Police Dept. has asked Ohio Governor John Kasich for an executive order to suspend the right of citizens to open carry weapons in Cuyahoga County during the time of the Republican National Convention.
The request came within hours of an apparent police ambush in Baton Rouge, Louisiana that left 3 police officers dead, and 3 others injured.
