Good morning. I’m still reporting on Trump.
It turns out Donald Trump was right – again. Protesters at his rallies can be arrested.
On Sunday, Trump, speaking at his Kansas City rally, warned protesters that he could press charges:
“It’ll destroy their record. I don’t wont to ruin somebody’s life. But it’s the only way we’re going to stop this craziness.”
And Trump is right again. Why? Because there is a law against protesting at an event of someone under Secret Service protection. It was passed on Jan. 3, 2012.
The law states that:
[insert HR 347, Section 1752 (a)]
‘‘(a) Whoever … engages in disorderly or disruptive conduct in, or within such proximity to, [a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting] … or conspires to do so, shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).
Then, in section (b) the punishment is clearly defined:
[insert section (b)]
(1) a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both, if—
(A)the person uses or carries a deadly or dangerous weapon or firearm; or
(B)the offense results in significant bodily injury
(2) in any other case, a fine or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
It’s time for Trump to get tough on the demonstrators. It’s gone way beyond fun and excitement now. Once these folks see they can get publicity, of course they will charge right into the breach.
I mean Trump’s attacker in Dayton – whose name I already forget – and that’s the way I want to keep it – was tracked down by CNN and is now a media star and given a segment to spout off!
This is not a good example for America’s future – would be assassins become instant CNN political commentators?
We now have people openly talking on public social media about attacking and killing Trump. Until this year, anyone who dared to make such a public comment could be assured that they would be getting a visit that day from several Secret Service agents and forever be on some sort of bad-guy list.
Sadly, this is stimulating a new American Jihadist alliance. Now they are even brazenly starting to use tactics like the European Jidahists – that is, threatening to assault white women. Look at these tweets associated with the Chicago shutdown just 3 days ago:
“Unreal. Rioters are now saying that groping female Trump supporters is OK, because – quote – ‘they are racist white bitc…s.’ “
And then, an answering tweet:
“This is what you sign up for when you support trump. No sympathy for them, I hope your wife is next.”
This sort of thing actually started 6 months ago when Republican consultant Rick Wilson said that the Republican donor class must find a way to “put a bullet in Trump.”
Then around Christmas time, John Kasich’s co-chairman, Pat Brady sent out a cheery Christmas message that the only way to stop Trump was to “take him out with a head shot.”
And these guys will be the first in line to talk about Trump’s incendiary language. Neither of these guys got fired. They are still working today!
Is this the face of the new Democrat party? Does the party of George McGovern really want to go down this road? Is this more like Ghandi, or is it more like Fidel, Stalin, Hitler and Mao – gain power at any price, then sack the peasantry?
You now have packs of demonstrators slash American jihadists – paid $17/hour to follow every Trump rally – funded by Soros. And at every stop in the Trump train, they pull in local fellow travelers who then learn the latest tricks of the trade.
This has got to be stopped. It might be that we just have to stop the rallies all together to let some steam out of the American Jihad. That would work.
But the Trumpers are having a great time at these rallies. They are fun! It would be dumb politics to shut them down.
Refusing to arrest just allows the steam to build – among both the jihadists and the supporting media.
As a direct result, the media has in the last 48 hours – coalesced on this new issue they think they can finally brand Trump with – as a promoter of violence in our society.
But what they can’t argue with is HR347 – signed into law by Obama.
I know Trump doesn’t want to do it, because he is a really compassionate guy – and ultimately he wants to win everyone over – but he has got to get tough.
Trump has to either start enforcing HR347 by having the cops arrest demonstrators, or in the end — and only after a severe beating from the media — shut the Trump rallies down all together.
