Bob Harper, author of The Almost Perfect Investment System, believes that the stock market rally could continue into 2014, but the answer will be provided in the next three weeks. He thinks that this year will be a January Effect Year, where So goes January so goes the Year. Stocks are truly climbing on a wall of worry. Individual investors are nervous about the potential for a major market decline and therefore are sitting on the sidelines. Bob is waiting too, but only until the end of January. Once he’s confident about the rally continuing, he’ll be back in with two feet. If there’s a decline in January, he’ll stay on the sidelines and wait for the carnage.
