Michael Comes sees a lot of opportunity in the municipal bond market now that Detroit has finally filed for bankruptcy. While other cities will also file, he doesn’t necessarily see a rush for the clerk’s office. Many cities are faced with serious challenges but he thinks they will find a way out.
