Joe Flower came back to talk about the impending implementation of Obamacare. He was quite upbeat about it and believed that it will bring about many positive results. Your humble host doesn’t necessarily agree with that prognosis. Costs appear set to soar in many states, although New York could be the exception. One thing is certain, there’s a great deal of uncertainty among experts and average citizens about the legislation and about the effects it will have upon doctors, insurance companies and patients.
